"All the body parts that have a function, if used with moderation and exercised in the activity to which they are assigned, they become more healthy, well-developed and will slowly age, but if they are not used and left idle, they become easy to get sick, defective in growth and will fast age” Hippocrates, fourth century BC.

Exercise is a great opportunity to find their perception of their bodies and discover new potentias,  while having fun with great satisfaction: an aid to be comfortable with themselves and with others. This moment of socialization can be appreciated by the oldest as the youngest, with courses suitable for all ages, in the gym or in water, from more aggressive to more relaxing activities. The environments host small groups, allowing our operators to follow customers in a better way, suggesting the exercises most appropriate and useful to their physical condition.

The body is a wonderful tool, that sometimes must be developed to improve its efficiency: movement and exercise is the right way to regain its vitality and lead a healthy lifestyle well-being.

In the Gym

A bright and cozy place at GardaThermae on the shores of Garda lake. The ideal environment for individual physical activity with small gym tools too.

In the Water

Our next-generation steel tank provides maximum hygiene and, in particular, reflects the sunlight creating a play of light, which, combined with the hot water temperature, makes, even more enjoyable, physical activity.

Mama Water. Groups of 8 / 10 persons, lenght 45 '.

Dedicated to mothers, this course will accompany them throughout the pregnancy to be aware of changes in their bodies and learn to appreciate them, working on specific muscle groups, preventing and relieving the pain associated with a new posture. Helping you  to learn and to accept this moment in its uniqueness, listening to their body size and facilitating the communicative relationship between mother and child. The meeting with women of different gestational ages will allow the comparison and sharing new experiences.

Wellness Water. Groups of 12 persons, lenght 45 '.

The gentle and slow movements dissolve the muscles, thus promoting joint mobility. This activity, carried out in warm water, allows the muscle tone in subjects with difficulty even loading


Gym Water. Groups of 12 persons, lenght 45 '.

Finding the tone in few lessons with movement with music, it is the proposal of water gym. The flotation, the massaging action of water pressure and physical activity make a constant action of  lymphatic drainage, causing a pleasant feeling of lightness.

Prevention

Gymnastics Pancafit ®. Individual, length 45 '.

Individual methods of stretching of plywood, which relaxes muscle chains, retracted fascial and connective tissue to free the joints locked. Osteo-muscular pain and get great benefits weakens and finally disappear. The operator will also work on the release of the diaphragm through special breathing techniques, bringing many benefits.

Postural Gymnastics team. Recommended for those who wish to correct and improve their spoiled attitudes muscular balance before the emergence of osteo-muscular diseases. Ideal as prevention activities for all ages, especially for athletes, or of maintenance after a series of back exercises with individual Pancafit ®.

Water-Postural Gymnastics, individual or group. Based on the same principles of gymnastics on the ground, but with the advantage of the execution of the exercises in hot water, which reduces the force of gravity.
